Neighborhood Events
Mt Vista hosts several events throughout the year like the neighborhood garage sale, yard debris cleanup, 4th of July BBQ, and more. We strive to maximize homeowner participation. We are always looking for volunteers to help, and please let us know if you have a suggestion for an event!
Meeting Schedule
The Mt Vista board meets at 6:30pm on the third Wednesday of every month. All homeowners are encouraged to join! We will meet via Zoom for the forseeable future, with a handful of live meetings at the Community Center. Please contact Suzanne at IWM at sashby@iwmhoa.com for the link if you do not receive it via email.
There is also an annual meeting in April 2025. Stay tuned for time and location.
